Great original cocktails, with very friendly waiters who speak several languages. Very unique atmosphere. Slightly more pricey than other cocktail bars.
The concept is great and the ambiance is enjoyable. However, it was very hot inside on a chilly day, ac did not work.
We came here on a Saturday night and had no idea what was expecting us! Perfect drinks in an amazing atmosphere and Johanna taking us on a trip of spirits… we were too late to try any food as the kitchen was closed (23:00) but that is not the only reason to come back! Simply loved it and we had a great time!
Every city must have its speakeasy bar, and Toulouse is no exception. L*Agence is well disguised as a travel agency, and they take the concept to the forming of the menu (both food and drinks). The cocktails are creative and the decor very pretty (art deco style). I recommend the Manava for a fresh tasting drink, but the barmen can make you anything you want.

Amazing hidden bar , probably the best hidden bar I’ve ever seen and been at. The menu is great the cocktails served are incredible and the stuff is very very friendly! One more thing worth mentioning you probably won’t expect is that the menu catalog is really clever. The character of this bar is kept in every single detail. It’s supposed to be a travel agency so the menu catalog comes in a passport!!
The background of the bar is really aesthetic and the music selection is beautiful.
I would visit Toulouse again ONLY to go to this bar one more time
